Booking Policies

  • MOQ: 15 meals per dish/set.
  • Lead time: orders at least 2 days in advance (signature platters require 48 hours).
  • Payment: 50% downpayment to confirm your slot; balance due before dispatch.
  • Rush orders (12–24 hrs before delivery): full payment + ₱35/meal rush fee, final once confirmed.
  • Delivery via Lalamove or GrabExpress; fees shouldered by the client. Booking assistance upon full payment.
